Integrating the Theory of Constraints and Six Sigma: Process Improvement Implementation

Businesses apply many management philosophies aiming to manage processes effectively, eliminate bottlenecks and improve their process performance. The most important of these are the Theory Constraints Six Sigma. These used separately in improvement performance enhancement businesses. Recently, an integration model approach two has been examined literature effort reduce weaknesses increase strong effects.
